About the Project
Construction, Maintenance and Investment Control (COMEI) is a mobile application developed to manage reports of urban infrastructure failures (sewage and public works) in Puebla. Its main function was to geolocate incidents using GPS coordinates, capture photographic evidence, record technical observations and generate reports with integrated follow-up, which were sent to the web system for processing by SOAPAP.
